To increase the number of consumers the first referral programme amongst utility companies of Ukraine has been developed and introduced in January 2022.
Each existing client (the “Ambassador”) can invite an unlimited number of new clients (the “Referrals”) using his/her own unique invitation link generated in his personal user area. After the Referral joins the company and consumes minimum amount of gas, both clients receive a special discount that automatically applies to their next account.
The programme required severe amendments to the existing complex of system services, amongst which were the website, user cabinet, billing system and others.
