Artem Komolov is a consultant on communications and GR matters with 10 years of experience, especially with a focus on dealing with strategic, political and IT-related issues.
The working background includes gained experience with intergovernmental and international organisations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ, Germany), the International Ibero-American Public Administration Foundation and Politics (FIIAPP, Spain) as well as private Ukrainian tier 1 businesses (e.g. Naftogaz, TASCOMBANK, WOG, SOCAR Energy Ukraine and others).
Personally was engaged in preparation and further implementation of communication of Ukrainian decentralisation reform as well as communication activities aimed to facilitate recovery and peacebuilding in Eastern Ukraine (overcoming consequences of the armed conflict that started in 2014), several Ukrainian election campaigns in 2019-2021 and providing communication support for certain ministries and specialised government agencies in Ukraine and EU countries.
Also, professional experience also includes being a part of the Ukrainian branch of the biggest law firm in the world (Dentons) during the active stages of Ukrainian legislative transformation and reforms that were held in 2015-2016.
Lastly, in January 2021 I’ve become a head of communications and GR working areas in Kyiv IT Cluster, an association that unites IT companies from Kyiv and Oblast and advocates the interests of its members.
And, of course, the experience includes tens of informational campaigns duly prepared and managed, hundreds of press releases and human stories written and published, a lot of events organised and even some experience of being a surprisingly great host.
